Hello to all interested people, plants, and aliens alike! I wanted to start this blog to chronicle my family’s experience with small scale biointensive gardening, small livestock holding, composting, and general outdoor-DIY projects (‘do it yourself’ – for anyone not familiar with the term used most often in underground music scenes) which we have completed, are completing, or will complete in the future. As a side note, I will try to throw out as much knowledge I’ve gained on various topics as I feasibly can, because nobody wants to be told how to do things without knowing the philosophy behind it right? Its my wish that something here will inspire someone to take up a project one weekend, use their hands and their creativity, and make something useful to themselves, their social circle, their neighborhood, and ultimately the world.
